232e pays sur les traces de Bonaparte à St Helene ! Bravo amigo !

Ciao a tutti!

Sono ancora vivo!

A Johannesburg, che si conferma città più pericolosa al mondo ( tranne alcune zone turistiche), in pieno giorno, in mezzo alla folla! Mi ha assalito una banda armata di 4 elementi!

Avevo lasciato tutto in hotel tranne il telefono e pochi soldi!

Poi ho passato 10 giorni magnifici sull’isola di Sant’Elena.

Eravamo solo 2 turisti!

A parte i 6 musei tra cui la casa dove Napoleone ha vissuto per 6 anni, lungo tutta la costa ci sono forti fortezze e batterie di cannoni. 21 trekking mozzafiato da 2 a 8 ore di durata. I sentieri sono quasi sempre sul bordo di incredibili falesie alte anche 600 metri! Una volta ci volevano 11 giorni a\r di navigazione ma dal 2018 hanno aperto l’aeroporto ma ancora il turismo non decolla… peccato perché è uno dei posti più unici al mondo! E l’incontro con Jonathan l’animale più vecchio al mondo con quasi 200 anni è un must!

Tornato stamattina, ho ripreso il mio telefono.

*Tranne una volta al mese quando Airlink vola su Ascensione, l’aereo parte una volta alla settimana da Johannesburg. Dalla prossima estate australe ci saranno voli diretti da Città del Capo

*Sull’isola è impossibile camminare su una strada asfaltata perché tutti si fermano per darti un passaggio! E ovunque tutti ti salutano! Mai visto un popolo così friendly!

*L’ente del turismo propone 31 appartamenti a circa 50 euro a notte

Come promesso vi invio un breve foto-reportage del mio viaggio a Sant’Elena

1. Où est l’île Sainte-Hélène ?

Sainte-Hélène est une île volcanique, petit territoire britannique d’outre-mer de 122 km2 situé au cœur de l’Atlantique sud.

2. Pourquoi Napoléon a-t-il été exilé à Sainte-Hélène ?

Le gouvernement britannique avait décidé de le faire prisonnier et de le déporter sur l’île Sainte-Hélène, en plein océan Atlantique, pour qu’il ne puisse plus « Nuire au repos du monde ». Il meurt le 5 mai 1821.

3. Napoléon avait-il une amante à Sainte-Hélène ?

Charles-Tristan De Montholon :Sa femme Albine aurait été la maîtresse de Napoléon à Sainte-Hélène . Bien qu’elle ait quitté l’île en 1818, Montholon est resté avec Napoléon à Longwood jusqu’à sa mort.

4. Where is that ?
L’île de Sainte-Hélène est une île britannique située dans l’océan Atlantique Sud, à 1 283 km au sud-est de l’île d’Ascension et à 1 859 km à l’ouest des côtes de l’Angola méridional. C’est ici que Napoléon est mort en 1821.

Avec deux autres îles de l’océan Atlantique Sud, elle constitue un territoire britannique d’outre-mer appelé Sainte-Hélène, Ascension et Tristan da Cunha.
